The group got together and went to a Bullfrogs Baseball game to watch them play the Eau Claire Express. After an hour and a half rain delay, the game finally started. The kids had a great time cheering for teams. They also really enjoyed talking to Jeremiah the Bullfrog mascot

Another great day for a Brat Fry - not really! All the rain that we needed last month decided to show up today. Luckily the hardy citizens of Denmark are not afraid of a little bit of rain. Sales were brisk, especially to some of the local businesses who generouslly supported us.
The kids came over to talk about what activities to hold in the fall. While not all of the members were able to make it, we did welcome Kaitlyn Knuth to the group! Vice-President Liz Kolarik called the meeting to order. The group went through their standing agenda and discussed all unfinished business. They also decided what events they will be doing over the next few months. Some of the things that they decided to do include:
1. Assist the Lodge with the Booyah and Xmas Parties by doing youth activities 2. Sell Candy bars to raise money for special projects 3. Assist with the wfla State Convention in registration and stuffing bags 4. Work with the local VFW to complete improvement projects in their hall 5. Hold a Heavenly Hats parade to raise money for cancer victims 6. Go Trick or Treating as a group (they may even create a YELL costume) 7. Learn to knit baby hats and donate them to a local hospital 8. Put together Christmas stockings for children in the local hospital 9. Ring the bells for Salvation Army These kids are so energized and motivated to help in their community - it is so great to watch them come up with new ideas and fun to watch them develop into outstanding young adults. They are always laughing and having a good time - such positive energy!!! Young Engaged Lodge Leaders (YELL!) Lodge 108 Chapter Minutes from July 22nd Meeting 1.
